Yes, when medically appropriate. Prescriptions cannot be issued for: a)Chronic treatments requiring ongoing monitoring, b)Therapies needing regular physical exams, c)Medications with addiction risk. The doctor always has the final say on prescriptions and tests.

Can I get a sick note via live chat?

Yes, for short-term conditions that can be assessed remotely (e.g., flu, gastroenteritis, mild COVID). Conditions for issuing sick leave via chat: a)Limited duration of leave. b)Valid AMKA provided. c)Doctor has sufficient information to make an assessment. If needed, the doctor may request a video call at no extra cost. Final decisions on sick leave, including duration, are at the doctor’s discretion.

Can the doctor review my test results?

You can attach your test results in the live chat, and the doctor will review them and provide guidance remotely, if possible.

Can I speak to the same doctor every time?
